The US news site TheInformation reported that the US group plans to list in Hong Kong IPO (initial public offering) in Hong Kong as early as September and seeks to obtain a valuation of 60 billion US dollars in IPO transactions. The US group founder and CEO Wang Xing flew to Hong Kong last week and discussed related plans with investment banks.

The U.S. group had a valuation of 30 billion U.S. dollars in the previous round of financing, and it is already the fourth-largest start-up company in global valuation.
According to sources, the U.S. delegation has already invested a large amount of subsidies in Shanghai and Nanjing and has already occupied about 20% of the shares.
The US group’s current rival Didi is also advancing its IPO program. The previous round of financing was valued at US$56 billion and it may seek to obtain a valuation of up to US$80 billion in the IPO transaction.
