The procurement center directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was commissioned by Chairman Mao Memorial Hall to conduct domestic public bidding for the LED display procurement project of Chairman Mao Memorial Hall. I. Content of the tender: supply, installation and post-maintenance services of 6 3.2m×1.9m LED displays
Second, the supplier qualification requirements:
1. The bidder shall have the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall have the ability to provide the goods and services of the bidding project, and comply with, recognize and promise to perform the provisions of the bidding documents. Other organizations (excluding legal persons and other organizations incorporated in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan):
(1) Ability to independently assume civil liability and independent legal personality;
(2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
(3) Have the product and professional technical capabilities required to perform the contract;
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
(5) In the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity, there were no major illegal records in the business activities.
2. According to the special requirements of this purchase, the bidder should have certain conditions:
(1) The registered capital is above 10 million yuan (inclusive);
(2) The product manufacturer or its authorized sole agent for the project;
(3) Experience in building indoor and outdoor large-scale video projects in the past three years.
Third, the time, place, method and requirements for obtaining the bidding documents: Any qualified qualified bidders may be from July 26, 2007 to August 9, 2007 (excluding holidays) from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. From 14:00 to 16:30 (Beijing time), we will receive the bidding documents from the communication room of Zhongxin Building (Building No. 6 Building No. 1 of No. 1 Xinfeng Street, Decheng District, Beijing). When registering and receiving the bidding documents, the recipient must also submit relevant documents for the project:
1. A copy of the business license issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce during the period of validity of the annual inspection, and with the official seal of the bidder;
2. In 2006, the bidder shall pay a copy of the relevant certification materials for tax payment and social security funds (related to pension, medical treatment, work injury, unemployment insurance) according to law, and affix the official seal of the bidder;
3. The “Power of Attorney for Legal Representative†signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the bidder (the scope of authorization is to receive the bidding documents);
4. If the bidder is not a manufacturing enterprise, it shall also issue a copy of the manufacturer's annual inspection of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and a copy of the business license within the validity period and the authorization letter of the sole agent for the project (see the attachment for the format);
5. A copy of the recipient's ID card (check the original).

Time and place for accepting bids: The bidding documents and bidding deposits shall be submitted to Zhongxin Building (Building No. 6 Building No. 1 of No. 1 Xinfeng Street, Xicheng District, Beijing) on ​​August 14, 2007 at 8:00-9:30. room.
