True Mingli fluorescent tube COB light effect breaks through 160lm/W

In response to the LED lighting market's requirements for high luminous efficiency of LED lamps, Zhen Mingli Packaging R&D Center has developed a 160 lm/W fluorescent tube COB to meet the requirements of high luminous efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection of LED lighting. It is expected that Q4 will start mass production in large quantities.

The fluorescent tube COB adopts four core patent technologies independently developed by the Zhenmingli Group Packaging R&D Center.

(1) Self-developed high reflectivity coatings;

Through special coating, the reflectivity is 4.5% higher than the traditional silver plating surface, which greatly improves the light efficiency of COB.

(2) Using a separate reflector

Integral reflector cup


Most of the traditional COB packages use an integral reflector cup. Since the planar structure chip is used at present, the side light of the chip is about 20%. The integral reflection cup is used, and the side light of the chip absorbs each other, which affects the light efficiency of the entire COB.

This design uses a separate reflector cup to avoid side light absorption between the chips.

(3) Adopting all-metal reflector cup technology

At present, LED package structures are mostly composed of PPA and metal copper. Since the reflectivity of silver plating on metal is greater than the reflectivity of PPA, the use of all-metal reflector cup can greatly improve the light efficiency of LED.
