The Racer's car has a 1.5-liter engine displacement and a single overhead camshaft in-line four-cylinder. The fuel supply is based on the TBI throttle body, the central fuel injection (single-point injection) system, which is placed in the upper center of the throttle body. A compound nozzle is used to complete the fuel injection. The throttle body is also provided with a pressure regulator, an idle speed control step motor, a throttle position sensor, an air filter controller, and an oil passage interface. Its volume is equivalent to a carburetor.

1. Fuel system: from fuel tank, fuel pump M3, fuel line, fuel pressure regulator (maintaining fuel pressure is 0.75 bar), throttle body squirt Y3 (resistance is 1~2 Ω).

2. The electronic controller K1, which obtains the helium pressure, the vehicle running speed, the coolant temperature, the oxygen content in the exhaust gas, the throttle position, the exhaust pressure, whether the air conditioner is used, the automatic transmission, etc., passes through the central processor from each sensor. The operation comparison gives an instruction to perform precise control of the fuel injection amount. At the same time control idle air valve, hydraulic torque converter solenoid valve, air conditioning system.

3. Signal sensor: mainly P1: vehicle speed sensor, P2: coolant temperature sensor (CTS), P3: intake manifold absolute pressure sensor (MAP); P4: throttle position sensor; P5: oxygen sensor; P6: exhaust manifold Tube air pressure sensor (MAT). The main parameters of each sensor are shown in Figure 3.
