Lin Zhiyan stressed that although many chip suppliers have introduced a variety of LED lighting reference designs, whether they can meet customer requirements for high profits, cost-effective, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and the actual goal of accelerating the time to market.

Lin Zhiyan pointed out that in the future, ON Semiconductor's isolated and non-isolated LED driver chip product line will be more Complete to meet the needs of customers in different application areas.

In view of the development trend of LED lighting isolated and non-isolated driver chips, Lin Zhiyan analyzed that LED lighting systems use metal heat dissipation design, so they must be separated by mechanism or electrical appliances; once the ceramic heat dissipation system architecture is changed, especially 5-7 watts. Low power, limited by size and cost, will be a trend with non-isolated solutions, and in the future, non-isolated boost, buck and hybrid architectures will be available in the market.

Compared with the LED backlight TV market, LED lighting is highly customized. Lin Zhiyan believes that the development of LED TV is more mature than LED lighting, so the industry has gradually developed a unified standard, and LED lighting The proportion of manufacturing is high, and semiconductor companies must have more flexibility in product design and supply to meet market demand.
