On July 17, 2007, the newly established HC SemiTek Corporation has received and delivered its first 19×2 inch Thomas Swan CCSTM MOCVD equipment, which will be placed in Huacan in Wuhan. In the new plant, it is used to produce high-brightness (HB) GaN LEDs.

Wuhan Huacan's technical team has experience in using CCS MOCVD chambers to understand the high stability, flexibility, consistency and productivity of the MOCVD. Based on this, Huacan chose to purchase CCS MOCVD, and expects AIXTRON's responsive local support to ensure that it achieves its goals as quickly as possible.
