[System principle]

This system adopts EVOC IPC-810 host computer, PCL-813B analog acquisition card, and PCL-726 analog output control card to form a fermentation control system. PCL-813B should detect the following parameters: fermentation temperature, disinfection temperature, ventilation volume, tank pressure, pH value, dissolved oxygen content, carbon dioxide content, material flow, and so on.
After data analysis, the system outputs analog control signals through PCL-726 to control the following parameters: fermentation temperature, pH value of fermentation broth, defoaming prevention flow, ventilation volume, tank pressure and so on. The host computer can also communicate with the chief engineer through the local area network. The chief engineer can understand the operation of the whole plant fermenter and facilitate management.
