AIXTRON expects to announce its final 2009 earnings report (FY/2009) on March 11, 2010, including 2010 revenue and EBIT forecasts.
According to the data provided in advance in the financial report, the total revenue in 2009 was 302 million euros, up 10% from 2008; Q4'09 revenue was 117 million euros, up 42% from 2008. EBIT is 62 million euros, an increase of 91% compared to the previous year's 325 billion euros; the same, Q4'09 EBIT is 2.46 times higher than Q4'08 to 330 billion euros; last year's full EBIT margin was 20% The year-on-year growth of 8pp; while the Q4'09 EBIT margin increased to 28%.
