The bidder may participate in the bidding for each project during the deposit period based on the receipt certificate. The annual deposit period is one year, and can be renewed after expiration, and the principal interest can be recovered. The principal interest is subject to the relevant regulations of the National Bank and is calculated in stages according to the interest rate of the current deposit at the same time. If the bid bond is forfeited, the bidder shall immediately replenish the annual bid bond of 800,000 yuan. Otherwise, the Shenzhen Construction Engineering Transaction Service Center will recover the deposit receipt certificate.
If the bidder pays the annual bid bond, the copy of the annual bid bond receipt certificate issued by the Shenzhen Construction Engineering Transaction Service Center will be stamped into the “Qualification Post-Review Document†of the bidding document. After the tender closing and before the qualification review, present the original receipt certificate to the tenderee and submit a copy of the annual tender bond receipt certificate with the official seal.

In the case of bidding in the form of a consortium, the bidding card of the consortium shall be handled, and the bidder of the main unit shall handle the fingerprint collection. 3. When the bidder submits the bidding documents, the bidder must verify the fingerprint.
4. The relevant provisions for post-qualification review are as follows:
(1) There is no bidding registration link; no bidding meeting is organized; no bidding preparatory meeting (answering meeting) and on-site reconnaissance are organized.
(2) The post-qualification committee established by the tenderer shall conduct the qualification examination of the bidder after the bid opening and before the bid evaluation;
