CMET2011: Cloud technology accelerates medical intelligence informationization

According to the definition of the United Nations, the proportion of the elderly population aged over 65 is 7%, which is called an aging society. When the ratio exceeds 14%, it is called an aging society.

According to the statistics of the China Foundation for the Development of Old Age, at present, there are 180 million elderly people over 60 years old in China, accounting for 12.5% of the total population. They have entered an aging society and are on the verge of an aging society. It is expected that this proportion will reach 20% by 2020 and reach 31% by 2050. By then, China will fully enter the aging society, and the author will become one of them.

At present, although the average life expectancy of the elderly in China has been extended, various chronic diseases and occupational diseases are more common, and there are problems such as brain function and mental health. In addition, due to social transformation and increased work pressure, many elderly diseases have shown the characteristics of shifting to middle-aged and young people. These pose serious challenges to China's existing health care system and resources.

Chen Hao, Minister of Health of China, said at the National Conference in March 2011 that the reform of the medical and health system is a difficult problem in the world. The difficulties and priorities of China's medical reform – the main measures for the reform of public hospitals include: the establishment of a large hospital for public hospitals across the country. Support grassroots and rural mechanisms, especially the top three hospitals to support more than 2,000 county hospitals across the country, and to provide quality medical resources to urban grassroots hospitals, community health services, county hospitals and township hospitals.

Cloud technology accelerates medical intelligence informationization

In the reform of the medical and health system, interconnection and information sharing should be realized between hospitals in the same region and in different regions, between hospitals and primary health service institutions, between medical institutions and security institutions, and between medical service supervision and medical institutions. Therefore, information construction is an important link, and cloud technology is the key technology of medical informationization.

The UK began implementing the National IT Development Program (NPfIT) in 2002, with the representative project HealthSpace focusing on health information services technology. Japan and South Korea launched the next national informatization strategy in 2004 and 2006 respectively to promote the development of universal health technology. The EU Seventh Framework Programme FP7 (2007-2013) launched a series of related projects, focusing on health information service technologies. The United States passed the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act in 2009, one of which is to promote the development of health information technology.

Since 2009, international giants have begun to smash the Chinese primary health care market. GE Health (formerly GE Healthcare)'s “Healthmagination” program invested $3 billion over six years to develop 100 devices that reduce medical costs, improve medical opportunities and quality, and make more patients affordable. Its CT solution, BrivoCT325/315, is preparing to advance quality medical resources to the grassroots in China. Philips acquired Jinkewei, which has advanced color ultrasound, X-ray and detector technology, and cooperated with Neusoft to expand China's primary medical equipment market. Siemens China's internal code-named "SMART" strategic plan, with easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain, affordable, reliable and timely and market-ready products has entered the Chinese grassroots market segment.

In the face of the raging overseas corps, the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences announced the low-cost health “Haiyun” at the 4th China International Medical Electronics Technology Conference (CMET2011), which was held in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing in late April. Plan the overall plan for the first phase of the project (see Figure 1). The four main tasks are: 1. The construction of the “three basics” medical network for the village clinic, and the installation of 630,000 village-level clinics in a low-cost plan within five years; 2. The construction of the village medical training base And millions of village medical training; 3. Systematic standard engineering; 4. Innovative technology reserves for the future market.
