1. The lighting renovation project of Taikeyuan Commercial Street in Wuxi Taihu International Science and Technology Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd. has been approved by the New District Management Committee. It is now decided to open tender for the construction of the project and select the contractor.
2. The outline of the bidding project is as follows:
2.1 The project is a building lighting project, the project scale: estimated contract price: 2 million yuan. Source of funds: 100% self-raising has been fully implemented;
2.2 The construction site of the project is the south side of Langxi Road, the west side of Science and Technology East Road, and the KJY-YF-05 plot of Taike Park;
2.3 The planned commencement date is February 3, 2010, and the planned completion date is: March 5, 2010, and the construction period is 30 calendar days;
2.4 Engineering quality requirements meet the eligibility criteria.
3. The applicant for bidding shall be a legal person or other organization with the qualification of Class III and above for urban and road lighting engineering projects issued by the construction administrative department. The project manager must have the qualification of a registered construction engineer of the second level or above, and have the “Qualification Certificate for Safety Production Assessment of the Project Construction Enterprise Project Leader†(green cover certificate); the project manager shall provide the labor contract signed with the enterprise and the enterprise for nearly three months. 4. Any construction enterprise that has the ability to undertake similar bidding projects and has the required qualifications may apply to the tenderee for pre-qualification. Only those applicants who have qualified for pre-qualification can participate in the bidding.
5. Applicants for registration must be included in the credit management system of the construction enterprise in the new district and obtain the encryption lock of the construction enterprise information. For details of the encryption lock handling method, please refer to the information provided in the Wuxi New District bidding unit information.
6. Applicants who have applied for the construction enterprise information encryption lock, please log in to the Wuxi New District Construction Project Tendering Network for online registration and obtain the electronic version of the prequalification documents. The registration time for this project is from 9:30 am on December 30, 2009. Until 16:00 on January 6, 2010.
7. The bid applicant and project manager shall implement credit management in accordance with the No. 18 Document of the CS Construction Management Office [2008].
8. The application for pre-qualification must be sealed and sent to the second floor of the 4th District, Science Park, No. 7 Changjiang Road, New District on January 8, 2010, from 13:30 to 14:30. Late delivery or non-compliance with pre-qualification application The book will be rejected.
9. For bid applicants who have qualified for pre-qualification, please obtain the bidding documents and relevant materials at the specified time, place and method.
