I had a Haier 40-inch LCD TV that showed a black screen on boot. After checking, I concluded that the backlight LEDs were faulty. The user discussed the cost and risk of opening the screen (10 yuan per inch, with no liability). After confirming, they agreed but didn't want it mentioned directly. I bought new LED beads for the light bar I originally purchased. I didn’t buy them separately. I used a utility knife to cut off the board from the back of the LED bead. The goal was to replace the old ones using an iron without causing additional damage due to high heat. I removed the faulty LEDs and glued the new ones with 704 glue onto the original positions, then connected the wires. It worked perfectly!
