Establishing a "standard system" from the perspective of management
Yun Danping said that after the LED streetlight demonstration project has reached a certain level, related projects will appear one after another, thus creating competition for enterprises. Previously, LEDs were new in the lighting industry, and relatively no corresponding evaluation system. Therefore, a management policy called “Benchmark System†was proposed at that time.
