The Dagou River Aqueduct of the Third Tender Section of the Xiaolangdi North Bank (Jiyuan) Irrigation District Project is located on the Dagou River in Qingjian Village, Jiyuan City, Henan Province. The design flow rate is 30m3 / s, the structure of the tank body is a prestressed concrete rectangular tank, the tank body is a single tank, the tank depth is 3.7m, the inner mouth width is 3.5m, the tank body thickness is 30cm, and the slope is 1/600. Aqueduct expansion joint waterstop adopts U-shaped GB composite rubber waterstop, which is 8mm thick. The GB material under the water stop is 5mm thick. The bolt adopts the back-planted expansion bolt. The bolt is an I-type stainless steel expansion bolt with a length of 130mm and an interval of 200mm. The length and width of the stainless steel backing plate are 30mm and the thickness is 5mm; the acrylic mortar is sealed in the water stop groove; the caulking material is filled with polysulfide sealant on the water facing surface;

After research and analysis, the main reason that may cause expansion joint seepage is Manager Fu

(1) The concrete surface at the bottom of the reserved water stop groove is not processed in place, resulting in a water seepage gap between the GB rubber sheet and the concrete surface;

(2) The back-planted expansion bolt is not firmly bonded to the concrete, and the compactness is insufficient;

(3) The GB rubber sheet is not compacted;

(4) The quality of GB rubber water stop plate and U-shaped rubber water stop belt is unqualified.

Through the quality control of the installation and construction of the U-shaped rubber waterstop of the expansion joint of the aqueduct, and the adoption of effective control measures, the quality problems of the leakage of the expansion joint can be effectively avoided.
