LED lighting into the scope of recognition

As the Notice on Launching the National Authenticative Work for Independent Innovation Products in 2010 (Consultation Draft) issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance did not specify the industry categories in these six areas, many companies could not Determine whether you can apply for independent innovation product certification.
However, compared with other industries, LED lighting has become active and enthusiastic in the identification of independent innovation products, and most manufacturers have started to apply for certification.
In the "Notice on Applying for National Independent Innovation Products" announced in 2009, the detailed scope of each of the six identified technical fields was described in detail. In the field of high-efficiency energy-saving products, intelligent reactive power compensation devices and electronic ballasts for high-powered gas discharge lamps have been clearly written into the scope of identification, and electronic ballasts, in particular, contain enormous business opportunities. According to incomplete statistics, if the High-pressure gas discharge lamps have been replaced with electronic ballasts. The country can save 24.6 billion kilowatt hours of electricity throughout the year, which can solve the current one-third of the country's electricity gap.
High-efficiency energy conservation has been supported by political support

Previously, the national independent innovation catalogue has not yet begun, but LED lighting has been given priority as a high-efficiency energy-saving product by government procurement.
On April 9th ​​this year, the “High-Efficiency Lighting Product Promotion Project†implemented by the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission ended, and the proposed final product must meet the national energy-saving lighting level 1 and 2 energy efficiency standards. This is also the third year after China's implementation of the “high-efficiency lighting product promotion project†in 2008 and 2009, China has subsidized the promotion of efficient lighting products through the government procurement model.
In the middle of April, the tender results were announced, and a total of more than 30 energy-saving lamp manufacturers won the bid. These companies will be eligible to participate in financial subsidies to promote efficient lighting products.
Increased local recognition rate
Although the application of the national independent innovation product in 2009 was completed before the end of the year, the result of the determination has not yet been released. Compared with the slow pace of national independent innovation product certification work, independent innovation catalogues have been issued in various provinces across the country.
Lists have been issued in Shenzhen, Guangdong, Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Shandong, Xinjiang, and Henan provinces. However, the frequencies and types of certifications in different provinces are not the same. For example, Beijing has announced the sixth batch of independent innovation product catalogs, and some provinces are only the first batch.
In the Beijing area, LED lighting products identified as independent innovations have shown a rapid growth. On January 14, 2007, the list of the first batch of independent innovation products in Beijing was introduced, and LED lighting companies had no products to enter. Compared with the fifth and sixth batch of independent innovation product catalogues announced by Beijing, the number of LED lighting companies has increased from the fifth batch of three companies to five, and the number of applications has increased from four to nine, all of which are concentrated in The LED lighting industry includes spotlights, ball lights, interior lighting, fluorescent tubes, and spotlights.
In August of last year, among the 119 products that were listed in the “Guangdong Provincial Government Procurement of Independent Innovation Products†(Phase I), six independent innovation products from four LED companies were selected. In 2009, Shenzhen announced the list of independent innovation product certifications in 2009. Among the 335 products of 164 companies, 15 products of 12 companies are all LED lighting.
