2.1 Fault description: Induction abnormality (the top plate is not placed after the product is in place, and the bottom rail is no more than the bottom plate)
Processing method: can observe whether the position sensor has induction and adjust the sensing distance; when the three-stage guide rail is used, the upper computer does not enter the board or the lower position machine does not output the board, which may also be a problem of the sensor. Observe that the sensitivity of the sensor is normal; During the movement of the shaft shelf, the suction nozzle touches the area of ​​the track sensor, which can also cause the upper machine not to enter the plate or the lower machine to exit the plate and the front section guide does not lower the plate;
2.2 Fault Description: Mounting angle is abnormal (There are various angles for mounting the product (the mounting angle is set at 90 degrees)
Treatment method: Observe the looseness of U-axis synchronous wheel top wire, slip at corner, and improve after tightening screws;
2.3 Fault description: FEEDER sensing (the position of overshooting the position of the fiber exceeds the position of the fiber)
Treatment method: Check whether the fiber optic generator's sensing value is set too high. When the sensor setting is too high, the larger the value of the sensor value rising from 0, the longer the time required.
2.4 Fault Description: Unstable materials in the folder clamp
Treatment method: Re-process the sandwich plate, and improve the OK after the material of the sandwich plate is coated with a layer of glue.
Third, SMT online labeling machine software common problems and improvement measures
3.1 Fault Description: Anomalies in the access panel
Improvement measures: Observe that when the second section of the rail is out of the board, the first section of the rail is also synchronized to the board and the third section of the rail, the second section of the rail is also out at the same time. If the speed of the three sections of the rail is inconsistent or there is a board in the middle, There will be an exception in the access board. The software modifies the process of entering and exiting the board. If it is necessary to wait for the completion of the second stage of the board, the first stage of the third stage sensor can be brought into board. After the process is modified, the problem is improved.
3.2 Fault Description: Automatically take the next exception
Improvement measures: Abnormal software flow, improvement of the process and improvement of the six-line problem after normal production for a period of time
3.3 Fault Description: Roof Abnormal
Improvement measures: There is a large difference in pixel value between the Mark point of the top board not in place and the Mark point of the top board in place. It will be deemed as a placement offset instability, and the improvement of the top board in place delays the photographing;
