What are the requirements for the use and maintenance of the reference electrode?

(1) When the reference electrode is in use, first remove the rubber stopper of the small hole at the upper end of the electrode to prevent the diffusion potential from affecting the test accuracy.

        (2) There should be no air bubbles in the salt bridge solution in the electrode to prevent the solution from breaking. The electrode of the saturated salt bridge solution type should retain a little crystal to meet the solution saturation requirement.

        (3) Double-salt bridge electrodes must be removed from the rubber stopper and rubber cap when in use. The second section of the salt bridge is filled with a suitable inert electrolyte solution and then installed to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

        (4) When the salt bridge solution or crystal is attached to the electrode casing, it should be removed at any time.

Compound Punching

Stator and rotor laminations are an important part of motors and generators. For medium-sized laminations with a great quantity, we usually use compound puncing. The advantages of compound punching is the process is suitable for mass production of medium-sized stator and rotor laminations. And the lead time is shorter. Usually the outer diameter is from 300mm-580mm.
