No energy-efficiency labeling energy-saving lamps banned

From September 1, the purchase of energy-saving lamps must first look at inefficient signs. Yesterday, the reporter visited Fuzhou Xinhuadu, Yonghui and some other stores and found that non-energy-efficiency labeling energy-saving lamps have been removed from the shelves. However, in the southern building materials market lighting sales area, there are still illegal sales of businesses. The quality supervision department stated that the illegal sales of non-energy-efficient appliances could be fined up to 50,000 yuan.

The reporter learned from the Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision that according to the provisions of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, on June 1, 2008, the third batch of products including self-ballasted fluorescent lamps (energy-saving lamps) will be implemented with energy efficiency labeling systems, producers, and distributors. The importer shall not re-produce, purchase, or import the third batch of products without applying energy efficiency labels and failing to specify the energy efficiency grades on the product specification. For products that have previously been produced without energy efficiency labels, they are allowed to be sold until September 1, 2008. . In other words, on September 1st, the market should stop the sales of all energy-saving lamps without energy-efficiency labels.

Yesterday, the reporter visited Fuzhou Xinhuadu Wusi Store, Yonghui Hualin Store, Metro, and other stores, and found that all energy-saving lamp brand products sold in the stores are labeled with energy efficiency labels. Xinhua capital Fuzhou Wusidian lighting sales staff said that non-energy efficiency label products have been removed before September 1.

In the lighting sales area on the second floor of the building materials market in Fuzhou South, the reporter found that the energy-saving lamps sold were in addition to the energy-efficiency labels on the energy-saving lamps of famous brands such as Op, NVC, Sanxiu Aurora, Foshan Lighting, and other energy-saving lamps. There is no energy efficiency label, and the brand is miscellaneous and the price is arbitrarily large.

A lighting shop owner stated that the products sold in the store are now produced before the implementation of the regulations. Only after these products are sold will new products have energy efficiency labels. As for the comprehensive suspension of the sale of inefficient energy-saving lamps since September 1, he said it was unclear.

"Energy-saving lamp products with the same power, the energy efficiency label is the most power-saving level of Class 1. With the same level of energy-saving lamps, the higher the initial luminous efficiency is, the brighter the light is." Fang Hui, Director of Preparation Office of the National Urban Energy Measurement Center of the Metrology Institute of Metrology Bureau Said energy-saving lamps are divided into three energy efficiency, energy efficiency limit is 3, 1 is the highest value.

From the perspective of energy-saving lamps with energy-efficient labels on the market, most of them are energy efficiency level 2, and a few are level 1 or level 3. The “Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening Energy Conservation Actions for All People” clearly stated that consumers should be encouraged and guided to purchase home appliances that use energy efficiency labels above class 2.
