The EXTreme Guardian system connector and cable assembly, formerly known as EXTreme Power Interconnect (EPIC), has a small package size and a centerline spacing of 11.00 mm. Each contact in the system supports currents up to 80.0A, provides good shielding characteristics in EMI sensitive environments, has hot insertion functions and UL safety features.

The connector is available in two-way, single-edge and three-way, double-edge models, and the cable assembly is available in three-way, straight, shielded and unshielded models for high voltage applications, and has UL contact safety features.
