Working Principle:

This machine is primarily composed of transmission, swing, shock, clamping mechanism, and electrical components. The motor drives the main shaft, which in turn rotates the transmission shaft and gears, ultimately driving the worm wheel and cam. The main eccentric shaft then activates two auxiliary eccentric shafts, resulting in a dual motion of rotation and vibration for the sieve seat. This ensures efficient and uniform sieving performance.

Operation and Maintenance:

Before starting the machine, loosen the upper bolts and add sufficient lubricating oil. Use 20 liters of ordinary motor oil (5 kg suitable for the system). When installing the screen, first turn the button bolt to the left to loosen the cover and release the ejector. Then, place the screen cover and sieve tray on the sieve by rotating it clockwise, and tighten the screw by turning it to the right. Adjust the knob to the normally open position based on your needs. Regularly set the timing using the knob as required. If you need to stop during operation, turn off the power switch and let the timer move to the stop position. Do not forcefully twist it back. This machine is easy to maintain. It is recommended to change the oil once a month and avoid covering the unit during use.

1. Insert the motor cable into the programmer socket and connect the power cord to the three-phase socket.

2. Press the power switch; the display lights up and shows 300 seconds.

3. Set the time:

(1) According to user requirements, press the light touch button â–³ to increase the time or â–½ to decrease. Each press adjusts the time by 60 seconds.

(2) Set the time according to the test procedure. Press the ON key to start the machine, and the indicator light will be on during operation.

(3) To stop the machine during normal operation, press the OFF key.

(4) After each stop, reset the time.

(5) Note: Avoid frequent switching on and off during use. Turn off the power after shutdown.
