The "perception mine" based on the informationization and intelligence of the mining area is a good example of the successful application of the Internet of Things technology in the coal industry.

The focus of the implementation of "awareness mine" is the access of all awareness-layer networks related to mine safety and production. Because during the construction of the mining area, different sensor manufacturers are different, the protocol interface is not uniform, some are early construction projects, and there is no intelligent interface. Full access to the sensor network is the foundation of a comprehensive "perception" mine.

"Sense mine" not only improves the safety management level of mines, but also involves production, such as the use of information technology, network technology and sensor networks for the production of coal transportation belts, coal bunkers, coal washing plants, water bunkers, substations, etc. The perception and control of related equipment systems have greatly improved the automatic production capacity of the mining area, which is a model for the integration of "two technologies".

2 "Perceived mine" system structure

The comprehensive information system of coal mine area is to combine advanced automatic control, communication, computer, information and modern management technology, and to control, operate and manage the production process of the enterprise as a whole, and provide an overall solution to achieve the optimization of the enterprise Operation, control and management to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Comprehensive automation is an effective method for coal mines to achieve high production and efficiency, and plays an important role in improving the production and operation status, safety level, accident and disaster prediction and production management of coal mines.

This solution is to introduce an efficient, reliable, and safe automated network system for the actual needs of coal mines. This system takes the mine comprehensive automation information platform as the main body, adopts the mining optical fiber industrial Ethernet ring network and industrial field bus and other technologies to jointly build an integrated digital information transmission platform.

The network layer equipment mainly includes Gigabit optical ring network and network switch equipment, photoelectric conversion equipment, routers, firewalls, servers, etc., which are laid on the ground and underground, as well as PHS networks or Wi-Fi networks used to achieve wireless coverage, and jointly build coverage The data network of the entire mining area.

The application layer is a comprehensive information system of the mining area, including the mining area 3D GIS system, integrated automation system, personnel management system, video monitoring system, SMS management platform, mining area emergency command system, dispatching system, etc. The application layer software provides a variety of general data interfaces. On top of this, the elevator monitoring system, safety monitoring system, mine communication system, emergency rescue communication system, video monitoring system, underground dispatching wireless communication system, Daxiang The transportation system, the computer control system of the coal preparation plant, the main fan monitoring system, the blower monitoring system, the central pump room monitoring system, and the industrial TV system are seamlessly linked, and finally transmitted to the application layer through the industrial Ethernet platform for unification Management, as shown in Figure 1. 3 System characteristics

Relying on the high-speed control network of the Ethernet ring network of the mine industry, the company promotes the comprehensive informationization of the enterprise by promoting the production process control of the coal mine. That is to realize data collection automation, business information integration, and information management network, and ultimately realize coal mine management decision-making scientific, modern, and intelligent. The system construction features are as follows:

4 Case study

In view of the actual situation of the coal mine, based on the overall consideration of the information network, taking into account the original construction investment of the coal mine and future development needs, a complete set of perception mine system has been established in Rujigou mine. With the construction of the system, the information management of the whole mine is gradually realized, and finally the safety production and operation management level of the coal mine are comprehensively improved.

The main production links included in the centralized monitoring cover the entire process of production and safety, including: main coal flow transportation, underground water supply and drainage, 35 kV substation, ground substation, underground substation, mine ventilation, compressed air system, water supply and drainage , Water treatment, main well lifting, etc. The main production links that need to be included in centralized monitoring are: mine environment monitoring, fire beam tube monitoring and forecasting, comprehensive excavation face, nitrogen injection, grouting, etc. The network structure is shown in Figure 2.

The communication network platform of the mine comprehensive information system is Gigabit Industrial Ethernet, which is divided into the ground Gigabit fiber ring network and the underground Gigabit fiber ring network. The ground and underground ring network Ethernet switches are respectively connected to the ring network and are used for monitoring Substation access provides 10 Mbit / s and 100 Mbit / s downlink interfaces. Each ring network has two logically independent single rings with opposite transmission directions and is configured as a self-healing ring with automatic switching.

The comprehensive automation of coal mines uses the idea of ​​fully integrated automation to integrate the equipment monitoring of each production link of the mine, cooperate with the industrial TV monitoring system, and use industrial Ethernet to realize the production environment and equipment of the entire mine in the control center of the ground central information center. Monitoring and control; the information is transmitted to the mine-level leaders through the network, so that the mine-level leaders in the office can keep abreast of various information such as safety, production, finance, personnel, operations, etc., and realize unified scheduling and management of the entire mine.

The coal mine data center server can be connected to the group information center through a dedicated line, and the local central server serves as a data substation of the group center network to realize coal mine data collection and preliminary analysis. The processed data is sent to the information center, and the information center server does unified processing or storage.

The program has a high technical starting point and strong pertinence. On the one hand, make full use of the existing automation equipment in coal mines, integrate equipment from different periods, different manufacturers, and different levels of automation to achieve unified management; on the other hand, achieve the goals of comprehensive automation and comprehensive informatization of coal mines, and achieve domestic advanced technology Level.
